This year’s theme for the NACNS Annual Conference is INNOVATE!

Not only do CNSs work across the entire continuum of care, but our research and business training make us natural innovators. We excel at defining areas for improvement using data, developing solutions, and then measuring results. As an added bonus, we are great at finding solutions that yield benefits for patients/families, nursing teams, and healthcare systems.

It’s time that we made more decision-makers aware of the unique value CNSs bring to the table. At this conference, one of our key goals is to explore ways to get this message out: CNSs help teams deliver better health care.

Location — and Local Attractions

This year’s conference will be taking place at the Boston Marriott Copley Place located at 110 Huntington Avenue. You’ll be within a 20-minute walk of a host of attractions including restaurants, museums, Symphony Hall, Fenway Park, Boston’s theatre district, the Boston Public Garden, Old Town, and dozens of other attractions.

Important Dates

As the clock ticks down to the start of the conference, here are some important dates to be aware of:

• November 12, 2024: Registration opens with early bird rates for members!
• February 9, 2025: Early bird rates end, but there’s still plenty of time to register!
• February 14, 2025: Last day to get the discounted room rate (based on room availability).
• March 10 – 13, 2025: In-Person Conference dates.
• March 27, 2025: On-Demand Session recordings available.
• July 10, 2025: Access to recordings and digital content expires.

Unable to join us in person? There will be a virtual registration opportunity for post-event access to session recordings and presenter handouts! Access to these recordings will begin two weeks post event (Thursday, March 27, 2025). Virtual access is not live during the conference.

Cancellation Policy:
A 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 business days prior to the conference start date (February 7, 2026). Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference or due to inclement weather, pandemics, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Since 1912, fans have flocked to Fenway Park to watch the home team play in the heart of Boston. It is referred to as, “America’s Most Beloved Ballpark” by Major League Baseball and sports enthusiasts. Home to Red Sox Legends, Williams, Yaz, Fisk, Rice, and Pedro to name a few. Take in the magnificent view atop the fabled Green Monster, standing 37 feet 2 inches high, overlooking left field. Let our experienced tour guides lead you through the hallowed walls and legendary moments of historic Fenway Park.
