Annual Conference

Register online for the 2018 Annual Conference!

This year’s conference will be bigger and better than ever, with more participants and high-quality presentations, as the number of submitted conference abstracts grew.

Early bird deadline EXTENDED till Monday, January 22!

Take advantage of these savings and register online today! Early bird rates save nearly $100 off the regular conference rate and $180 off the onsite registration rate. Download the registration form to register by check. Regular conference registration ends February 9. After that members will have to register on-site.

If you’ve let your membership lapse, you can still take advantage of the members-only savings. NACNS offers a bundle so attendees can renew their membership and register for the conference at the same time.

Note: Full conference registration includes CE credits, three breakfasts, one lunch and one evening reception. Half-conference and one-day registration options are also available.  The registration form details the various conference and pre conference offerings.

New Start Time

This year, the Conference will begin a half day earlier. Pre-conferences will be held as morning sessions on Wednesday, February 28, with the Opening Ceremony kicking off at 1:30 pm later that day.

Workshops

In response to past conference attendee evaluations, NACNS conference planners added four new workshops to the agenda. These 120-minute interactive sessions will address: legislative/regulatory tools and tips; management of technology in the clinical setting; cutting-edge infection control updates; and writing for publication.

Focus Groups

NACNS will hold focus groups at the Annual Conference to present and discuss work being done by our task forces and committees. These valuable focus groups will not only give members insight into NACNS’ work, but also allow non-members to gauge their interest in getting more deeply involved in the association.

2018 Partners and Exhibitors

Exhibiting and partnering with NACNS at this year’s conference will give your organization numerous opportunities to engage more than 500 dynamic health care leaders and influencers.

This year’s partnership prospectus demonstrates the numerous opportunities organizations have to engage this group of key health care leaders.

More details are available in the Exhibit Hall meeting schedule.
