WOCNCB Invites CNSs to Participate in Their Advanced Practice Job Analysis Survey - Deadline is March 31, 2010

Dear Clinical Nurse Specialist,

Thank you for participating in the WOCNCB’s Advanced Practice Job Analysis. The job analysis data will be used internally by the WOCNCB to guide in the development of Advanced Practice certification examinations in the Wound, Ostomy or Continence nursing specialties.

This survey has been reviewed by the NACNS Research Committee and meets NACNS web posting criteria. The NACNS does not endorse this survey and has not been involved in content validity or reliability.

Any CNS who has substantial practice in wound, ostomy, and or continence care in any setting with any patient population is encouraged to complete this survey. The data gathered will be accessible only by the WOCNCB and our testing company, Applied Measurement Professionals, Inc. (AMP).

Survey Information
• The survey is conducted over SurveyMonkey
• No personal information is collected
• Survey will take about 30 minutes.
• You need not complete the entire survey at one sitting
• Even if you do not specialize in all three areas, please complete the entire survey.
• Please complete and submit the survey by March 31, 2010.
